1 Processing objects and requirements:

   1.1  Purpose: The machine is mainly used for polishing aluminium alloy wheel . The inner and outer walls grinding and polishing.

   2.2  The workpiece range requirements:

       workpiece diameter range:  350mm ~  800mm;

       with tyre or not.

2 Equipment main structure and properties

   Machine consists of  hosts, standard polishing head, electric control system, pneumatic system and  rotaring table.

            Buffing wheel size:300*50*32mm

  3.2. Rotaring table 

          Motor power: 1x0.75kw;Speed: 1-30rpm;variable-frequency drive

          Fixture: pneumatic clamp

   3.4.The gas source:. 0.6 m³/ h ; 0.4 ~ 0 6Mpa;pipe:8x5mm

    3.5.Processing noise: ≤85db(2 m measuring distance away from polishing head)
